Heritage traditional resto, located on kotagede silver souvenir centre... has the same area with ansor silver boutique the staff was very kind and good, this resto has unique interior design.. but we got to be patient to wait the foods.. and the price quite expensive

We only ordered nasi rawon, need 45 minutes to be served on our table. Whereas not too much guest to come just 25% of capacity. You can imagine if this restaurant has full capacity for guests to come. Price was standard 5 class hotel in Jakarta , taste was standard 3 class hotel.Rest room and mushola was dirty. It seems not clean up regularly. It was not standard luxurious restaurant.

Luxury resto provides Javanese traditional cuisine and chinese food menu.This restaurant has classic decoration so that it gives Javanese atmosphere inside.Waiters serve customers kindly and well.Menu taste is very delicious.You can treat your guest or family here.

There's a silver shop and coffee shop in the front of the restaurant. And a batik shop also. If you looking for a one stop shop and get some food.. This is the place..

Expensive true but nice place, good service and good food

Awful place. Not even the nice environment (although nothing but a good air conditioning) can justify the terrible meal, the fake hospitality, the disgusting toilets, and the high prices, two times what a local warung can offer for an extremely better cooked meal. Definitely, the worse place we have experienced in Indonesia. Should drastically change management and the current concept of food and service. (Gordon Ramsey and Alberto Chicote would “love” it 😅)

This restaurant is, I think, one of the best restaurant in Yogyakarta. It has beautiful interior that brings you to the past immediately. The furniture is also looks amazing! I love the food, it presents a lot of delicious recipes from old time Java. I love the taste of the soup, the potato from semur ayam (chicken stew)I can’t eat boiled chicken so I choose the potato and I LOVE IT. You won’t be sorry if you visit this place...

My family liked the menu they have.My father in law loves the fresh juice there. Hope when we come back to Jogja we gonna be able to come and have a good time again in Sekar Kedhaton

Food tasted so so and is very very expensive. They also charge service charge and other charges like hotel or resort on top of expensive price they already listed. I would never eat there again. Not worth the money at all and no special taste of food

Sorry, getting tourist trapped by a "travel driver" which brings us to budget places yet still ends up here - totally ruined the expectation.And the cost is not two S. It is 3 S at least, 4 S at most. Misleading. I really hope this does not ruins other budget traveller.Edit: I know people who reading this are not in the real time, but these staff actually great and talking in English. Still sad we got tourist trapped here or the review could be higher.

Perfect restaurant with one-stop-shopping concept. The ambience is good. Very traditional. The foods is tasty! They have a special drink like mix ginger with squash. You can see the workshop about how to make a silver as well. It takes about 30mins to the airport.

One of a restaurant that I would love to recommend to anyone that came here ... Good place and the food was Very good ... love to go back here again next time . The tempe bacem is one of the best that i ever taste ... Good Job!

Taste is good enough. Some are tend to salty. Brongkos soup is good however the ingridient make the taste of kluwak is weak which is some people looking for. Price is middle up.

Get a free traditional snack (cassava chips) before the maincourse. A little bit overpriced (before the tax) and the taste is so-so also not so authentic. But the service was really good and the waitress can speak english. So it is easier for foreigner to order. And also the menu has explanation in English.

Nice food... the "brongkos iga" is the best

I love this building. It's Dutch style which is made about a hundred years ago but still well taken care of. You can find handcrafts here. And silver too

Clean and well set up, truly admirable ambiance and food? Wah! We loved, loved, the traditional Indonesian dishes we tucked into. Menu prior decided, due to us being a in tour. Still, one of the best picks, in regards to the dishes. We loved all of it, and keropok for nibbling before the rest of dishes arriving, almost simultaneously, one after the other. Sambal, fried stuffs, raw salad, stir fried veggies, fried chicken, sweet sour fish, and fresh fruits and buah salak for dessert. Especially for someone like me, who love Indonesian food, this first meal of ours must be stated as the winner.

The best taste of food and the best service I've tasted and experienced during the 4D3N Filed Trip in Jogjakarta. The staffs are friendly and shows great effort to serve us dinner.

This place has a Luxury view. With a small parking lot. There was three buildings when i visited there last month. The building in the right side is for selling a lot of silvers. And the left side is for selling a souvenirs. And the building in the middle is for serving a lunch, dinner, yaa for eating. I've tried some foods in here and that was delicious!! Traditional taste!! LOVE IT!! ❤👌

To be honest....it's just average for the food, good for building, and very good for service. But, it is not good for money ☺

I come here for reservation & didnt have lunch or dinner here. When I was there, the officer told me that there will be the king & queen of Malaysia. It means that this restaurant has a marvelous service hence the VIP person of another come there (maybe).

Good food, good service, old country atmosphere.

I suggest you to add this place onto your list of places to visit while you are in Yogyakarta. This restaurant serves traditional Javanese dishes with high taste. A variety of food and drinks are well served by waiters who can also speak English. Certainly, this place is very crowded with travelers, especially foreign tourists. What interests me is the ancient, detailed, Javanese-style building but still looks modern and elegant. And what makes me come to this venue again is the delicious dish.

Very overpriced. I ordered beef steak and it was very salty. Not worth the price.

Very overpriced and food is not good. Highlight was the iced lemon tea, Nasi goreng is very bland and flavourless, udang in nasi was not fresh. Can get far better food at a roadside warung for 1/8th the price. Definitely not a highpoint of Jogja's culinary offerings.

Delicious cuisine especially Indonesian cuisine, prices are also reasonable, historic buildings with thick Javanese nuances, both exterior and interior. the location also includes an antique silver shop and batik shop, so there is no need to go to another place if you want to buy souvenirs. a place that must be visited while in Yogyakarta.

Food is great. Big portion and tasty. Traditional Indonesia dishes. Most of the customers are foreign. English speaking staff. Price is higher than average, but suitable with this upscale type of restaurant. Parking lot is big enough. You can get souvenirs too.

This is fancy restaurant, but actually the price is affordable. The nice thing that I like here is, this is one stop shopping center, especially for souvenirs. Yes, after we have finished the lunch or dinner, we can look for the souvenirs (batik, t-shirt, silver, coffee and etc).

I once tried to eat here, and the food was very disappointing. It has nothing to do with Indonesian food at all. They must learn betterThis is the most terrible restaurant i've ever found in my life.
